The Town of Westlake provides water, sewer, and trash services to our residents.
Utility Billing functions under the Public Works Department. We are located in Town Hall, on the Solana Terrace campus at 1500 Solana Blvd. If you need directions, please call Dianna, Public Works Assistant, at 817-490-5732.
New Residents & Account Transfers
If you are moving to Westlake or transferring from another Westlake residence, please fill out this account setup form. Deposits will vary based on the size of the meter(s) placed at the house. The Public Works Department can help you determine your deposit amount (these usually run from $90 to $800 for residential accounts).
If you need to update account information such as name, mailing address, or email/print bill options, please send notice in writing. You can write the change on your payment coupon, mail a note, or send an email to Dianna in Public Works. We also appreciate having current phone numbers & emails on file, just in case we need to contact you.
Please fill out this Account Termination form. This is just a short form that allows us to document when you are moving. It ensures that you are not billed for services after you've moved out.
Paying Your Bill
The Town of Westlake accepts payments made by cash, money orders, check, and credit card (MasterCard, Visa, & Discover). You can also sign up for automatic bank or credit card drafts. Please visit our "Pay Your Water Bill" page for more information.
Trash & Recycling
Regular trash & recycling pickup service is every Friday, with bulk pickup every 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. For more information on our trash pickup services, please visit our "Trash & Recycling" page.
