9 AM WINTER WEATHER UPDATE: Crews are currently salting/sanding troubled spots in and around Westlake. Town staff is handling internal streets and roads while TxDOT is working on the highways. It was just announced that Westlake Academy will close early today at 11 am. Northwest ISD is closed today as well. We're still waiting to hear from Carroll and Keller ISDs. Westlake Town Hall will be closed starting at 2 pm today. We'll keep you updated throughout the day on any developments. In the meantime, please be safe and stay off the roads if at all possible.
