While Westlake residents learned of this development project several months ago during initial planning with the Council, P&Z, and the landowner, we want our residents and all stakeholders to know we stand ready to continue working alongside of our property owners, developers, and newest corporate residents in planning for this latest development along the SH 114/170 corridor. Westlake staff will ensure our community's vision, as detailed in the Comprehensive Plan, and infrastructure needs will remain a top priority as we work together with Hillwood and the Howard Hughes Corporation in bringing this dynamic project to our community while preserving the natural beauty and topography of the Circle T Ranch.
