Tract #1: Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the Town of Westlake is proposing to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the corporate boundary limits of the Town of Westlake, Texas, to include an approximately 48.293 acre tract of land situated in the M.E.P. & P.R.R.Co. Survey, Abstract No. 923 and J. Bacon Survey Abstract No. 1565, and generally located northwest of State Highway 170 at its intersection with Ottinger Road.
The first public hearing will be held on August 27, 2007, at 6:45 p.m., at Town of Westlake Municipal Complex, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas 76262.
The second public hearings will be held on August 27, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., at Town of Westlake Municipal Complex, 3 Village Circle, Westlake, Texas 76262.
