Founded as a commitment to protect and improve the quality of life of Westlake residents, businesses and students by encouraging, inspiring, documenting, educating and entertaining artistic and creative endeavors throughout the community, the Public Art Society of Westlake will provide a wide range of professionally excellent and artistically significant presentations, preserving, collecting, exhibiting and fostering the engagement of arts in the community.
