The Town of Westlake seeks reliable suppliers of quality goods and services. Vendors are encouraged to register with the Town, and to monitor this website and local newspapers for periodic Bid and Request for Proposal announcements.
The Purchasing Department is accountable for all purchases of supplies, equipment and services thus ensuring that all purchases are in compliance with Federal, State and local laws, and are within the approved budget. The goal of the Purchasing Department is to enhance our support services to both internal customers and vendors by creating an informative and interactive electronic registration and purchasing process.
Vendor List
If you would like to be on the Town of Westlake vendor list you must submit a Vendor Application. You can download the application at right and fax, mail, or deliver the application to the Purchasing Department. It is the vendor's responsibility to list their goods and services. The Town is not liable if the vendor does not receive the correct bidding documents based on the items they have listed they provide.
