The Town of Westlake Municipal Court has jurisdiction over Class C Misdemeanor criminal law and ordinance violations. The Court also sets trial dates, issues warrants/subpoenas, collects court fines, fees, and taxes, and maintains all documents relating to these citations.

Hours of Operation: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday
Closed Federal and Town Holidays.
The Court office is closed from 4 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Court days. You must either handle your citation prior to 4 p.m. or appear in Court and speak with the Judge at 5:00 p.m.
