The Town of Westlake contracts with the City of Keller for animal control services.
Field service hours: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday -friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday

Hours: Noon to 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday; 
Closed Sunday.

For after-hours or emergencies, call: 817-743-4522 to report problems or request
emergency service for the following: animal bites, injured animals, or loose
livestock in or near roadways.

Humane Society of North Texas (HSNT) adoption fees range from $50 to $150 and include:
  • Dog vaccinations
  • Cat vaccinations
  • First deworming (for hooks and roundworms)
  • Rabies vaccine (for dogs and cats over 12 weeks of age)
  • Heartworm test (for all dogs over 6 months)
  • Spay or Neuter
  • Microchip
  • Leash or cardboard cat carrier
