Westlake Completes Update & Adopts New Comprehensive Plan March 2,2015!

Entrada (mixed-use) Update: The next step for Entrada, since approval of its Development Plan, Preliminary Plat, and Site Plan portion for a sales office, is for the Town Council to discuss and consider implementing a Public Improvement District.  Much discussion took place at the Town Council meeting held Monday, November 11, 2013 regarding the PID but no formal action was taken at this meeting. Plans are to bring back additional information at the rescheduled December 16 Town Council meeting where further discussion and consideration will take place.  Additionally as the development continues, appropriate site plans will be submitted for approval by the applicant.
