In our ongoing efforts to help residents and stakeholders stay informed, Town of Westlake Staff would like to provide you with the very latest on zoning case Z-12-29-17 involving the undeveloped land off Solana Boulevard.

At the P&Z Meeting on Feb. 12, Commissioners voted 4-1 to move the 56-lot plan of the Knolls at Solana forward with several Staff recommendations. Two of these conditions to note: all neighborhood streets are to be concrete as opposed to asphalt, which was proposed by Wilbow at the Jan. 22 meeting; and the second, that one of the existing lots along the ridgeline on the southwest portion of the development would now be required to be one-story as opposed to a two-story that's currently in the proposal. This zoning case, with specific recommendations, will now move on to Town Council where the case will be presented to them on Mon., Feb. 26 and a public hearing held.

Be sure to watch for your Meeting Notification email next week that will contain a link to the detailed agenda packet for the Feb. 26 Town Council Meeting, once posted, and always found on our Agendas & Minutes webpage under the Governance tab.

Again, the Town Council public hearing for this case will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018, at 6:30 PM, at the Town Hall Council Chambers, 1500 Solana Boulevard, First Floor, Building 7, Suite 7100, Westlake, TX, 76262.
