Important Update Regarding Upcoming Zoning Case Z-06-19-17 

On the upcoming October 16, 2017, P&Z Commission Workshop & Meeting agenda, will be the residential zoning case along Solana Blvd.(Case# Z-06-19-17) in which many informally refer to as The Knolls. This case was previously submitted for consideration in August but later delayed per the applicant's (Wilbow Corp.) request.

Wilbow Corp. is holding an informational meeting for all residents and stakeholders to come learn more about their zoning case submittal which will be presented to both, Westlake P&Z and the Town Council, over the following weeks. Several members of the Wilbow Corporation team will be on hand at this meeting on Monday, October 9, 6:00 - 8:00 pm, in the Westlake Council chambers, and provide a brief presentation, renderings of the proposed residential development, and hold a Question & Answer session for all residents and stakeholders in attendance.  **This October 9 meeting is NOT a Town sponsored meeting nor will Town Staff, P&Z, or Council Members be in attendance.  


Zoning Case # Z-06-19-17 Public Hearings and consideration will be heard as follows 
  • Planning and Zoning Commission (regular meeting date): October 16, 2017
  • Town Council (regular meeting date): October 30, 2017
  • New notifications will be sent, emailed, and advertised for the upcoming public hearings, with meeting dates, regarding Case # Z-06-19-17 - a minimum of 15 days prior to the public hearing dates.  

Below is a list of additional information regarding the proposed rezoning plan of Zoning Case Z-06-19-17, originally submitted and prepared for the August P&Z Meeting, for an approximately 62.53-acre portion of Lot 1, Block 3, Westlake/Southlake Park #1, located on the south side of Solana Blvd., west of the intersection of Sam School Road and Solana Blvd.
