The Finance Department is responsible for financial processes of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, journal entries, utility billing, capital projects, fixed assets, depreciation; revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities; cash & investment management, financial reporting, annual budget and audit processes relating the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
