Just a quick courtesy note to call your attention to the upcoming Planning & Zoning (P&Z) meeting scheduled for Monday, May 13, which includes a public hearing regarding a former zoning change request (commonly known as Spencer Ranch), previously denied by Town Council.
The developer made adjustments for lower density and filed a new zoning change request for this same property located on the southeast corner of Aspen Lane and North Pearson. Now, P&Z and Town Council will hold the related public hearings during their respective May 13 and May 20 meetings.
As always, we encourage our Westlake residents, stakeholders, and other interested citizens to attend these meetings to share your concerns and/or support, and learn more about the case first hand so you are well-informed and up-to-date with your community's business.
