Online/Phone Payments

If you receive a citation, you have payment options available to you:

• The online payment system (A convenience fee applies.) 
• Call (940) 240-3366 (A convenience fee applies.)
  

You don't qualify for deferred disposition or driver's safety if you were exceeding the speed limit of 25 miles or more. 

To avoid paying the credit card convenience fee, you may mail a check or money order to Westlake Municipal Court: P.O. Box 2180 Westlake, TX 76262 

Driver's Safety requests must be done in person. 

If you are going to request driver's safety make sure you are listed on the insurance policy.  Bring your copy of your insurance card and your Texas Driver's license.

Helpful Tips

If you do not locate your information in the online payment system, the following may have occurred:

• Your case is in warrant status. Please call our office for more information.
• Your citation may not be in the court system and you will need to wait the required four business days prior to payment.
• Your offense may not allow for online payment - for instance, juveniles must appear in person with a parent or legal guardian to enter a plea before the judge.
