New & Improved Agenda Center Agenda & Minutes Portal Now Available

As of August 2025, the Town of Westlake has launched an upgraded Agenda Center agenda and minutes portal utilizing Civic Plus Agenda Meeting Management Software designed to improve your experience with better search features and easier navigation.  

Follow this link to access the AGENDA CENTER

To find a specific meeting:

• Use the calendar widget or scroll through the list of events.
  • Scroll up to view past meetings.
  • Scroll down to view upcoming meetings.
• Use the search bar to locate meetings or agenda items by keyword.
• "View Today" will move the display to the meeting closest to today's date.
• Filter meetings by board or committee using the Event Categories drop-down menu.

Speak During a Public Meeting

Members of the public who wish to participate during Public Comments or speak on a specific item for action must complete a Speaker Request form and submit it to the Town Secretary before the start of the meeting. Forms may be submitted in person prior to the start of the meeting or online. Online speaker request forms must be received no later than 2 pm on meeting day and can be submitted here.

Public Records Archive

The Town of Westlake maintains a searchable public database that includes agendas, meeting minutes, ordinances, and resolutions for the Town of Westlake and Westlake Academy as well as video recordings of Town Council/Board of Trustees Meetings.
