Westlake Approves Ventanas Development, Bringing Luxury Living and Economic Growth
The Town of Westlake and Otter Partners, led by President Frank Bonilla, are pleased to announce the Town Council’s unanimous approval of the Ventanas development. This premier residential community, set on 15.3 acres at the corner of Solana Boulevard and Campus Circle, will feature 51 luxury homes in a gated neighborhood designed with soft, contemporary architectural standards. Residents will also enjoy exclusive amenities, including a dedicated dog park.
This development will bring significant economic benefits to Westlake, including:
• $3,000,000 in building fees to the Town
• An estimated $300,000 in annual tax revenue
• A $510,000 contribution to Westlake Academy, a top-tier IB charter school in Texas
Ventanas, with a projected total value of $168 million, marks a significant milestone in Westlake’s continued growth. Infrastructure work will begin in the coming weeks, with roads expected to be completed by July 2025 and home construction beginning in August 2025.
