The court’s physical address is: 1500 Solana Blvd, Bldg 7, Suite 7201, Westlake, TX 76262. You may use this address to find driving directions from your current location to the court office.
Our lobby hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday (excluding holiday closures). On the evenings when a plea docket is scheduled, which is usually two Wednesdays a month, the courtroom opens at 3:45 pm to begin the check-in process for the docket.
Also, we do not close the office during the lunch period. However, this is our busiest time of day, so please allow extra time (10-15 minutes) if you would like to come in on your lunch break.
All permits are now submitted online via our MyGov. In order to pull permits, applicant or contractors must first be registered in the system.
Fees are calculated based on our fee schedule (Ordinance 1012). In addition fees may also be estimated online by selecting the type of project and entering your square footage and valuation here.

Some contractors pay different fees or no fees depending on the type of work. You can estimate how your contractor registration fee will be here.
Most contractor registrations are good for two years. However some registrations may be only valid for one year. You can view which how long each registration is here.

Responsibilities of an HOA are outlined in a Development Agreement between the initial developer of the property and the Town. HOAs are typically responsible for all private infrastructure, public and private open spaces, and landscape and irrigation in public or private ROW.
