Valued Westlake Employee Retiring

In his seven-year tenure with the Town of Westlake, Pat Cooke has become synonymous with dedication and leadership.


Prior to his time in Westlake, Pat spent seven years in Trophy Club as the Director of Public Works and Development, showcasing his commitment to community development. Throughout his career he as served in various roles including General Manager for a private inspection and plan review company, Senior Plans examiner for the City of Arlington and as a Project Manager for various commercial construction companies. His contributions ranged from grocery stores and coffee shops to churches and restaurants, shaping the physical landscape of the areas he touched throughout his career.


When asked about what he'll miss the most about Westlake, Pat warmly acknowledges the incredible Town of Westlake Staff. He describes them as a group of hardworking, smart, and experienced individuals who have been instrumental in Westlake's success.


As Pat steps into retirement, he eagerly anticipates returning to his construction roots while also devoting more time to his passion as a recovery pastor for his church.


The Town of Westlake extends heartfelt gratitude for his service and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
