If you missed the Town Council/Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday, February 18, here is everything you need to know:
- Council approved the 2025-2032 Strategic Plan, which outlines the future of Westlake and Westlake Academy
- Council approved the addition of another 4th-grade section for the 2025-2026 school year
- Council approved entering into a contract with Holt Power Systems-Caterpillar to purchase a 700kw on-site backup diesel generator set for the Town's pump station
- Council approved entering into a contract with Global Pump Solutions for emergency repairs and installation services for water and wastewater infrastructure throughout the Town
- The Council approved holding its meetings once a month rather than twice. Beginning in April 2025, those meetings will be held every third Tuesday of the month
