Our new utility billing payment portal is now LIVE! The Town of Westlake is excited to announce the launch of our upgraded, user-friendly online portal in partnership with Caselle. You can now view your bill, see comprehensive information about your water usage, and manage your payments all in one place on your phone or computer. 
To make this transition as smooth as possible, we've created a landing page on how to set up your account and billing information here: https://www.westlake-tx.org/561/Pay-Your-Utility-Bill
