[ARCHIVED] Parish Lane Opening

TRAFFIC UPDATE: The traffic signal at Parish Lane and Highway 170 will begin flashing this afternoon.  It will flash yellow for traffic on the 170 service road and red for Parish Lane.  We're told the barricades for Parish Lane will be removed on Friday, after which Parish Lane will be officially open for business!
